Hong Kong International Schools raise tution by average of 5% for 2024-25

For the upcoming 2024/25 school year, tuition fees at 40 Hong Kong international schools are set to rise by less than 5% on average. This marks a smaller rate of increase compared to the 2023/24 school year.

Notable Increases in Primary Sections

In the Primary sections, 35 schools are planning to raise their fees by an average of 4.94%, with increases ranging from 2.90% to 10.42%. The American International School (AIS) is leading with the highest fee increase in this category.

Secondary Section Fee Increases

For the Secondary section, 28 schools are considering an average fee hike of 4.4%, with increases ranging from 1.0% to 8.0%. The Po Leung Kuk Choi Kai Yau School (CKY) stands out with the greatest increase in this section.
